Invitations have been sent and responses are contact the florist and now all you do is plan the menu. All this leads me to the perfect dinner-party dish of Merill Caskata artisanal NS & Company.
For this special evening at home with good friends that we will use canapé plates with patterns Caskata sea. I hope you had a chance to see in nsmerill.com.
My choice for the evening is a mixture of crab dishes, appetizers, school of fish and shell design. The sea fan 16 "tray oval is perfect for salmon caviar recipe. For dives small we are using the 4 "bowls with the clamshell design these bowls work well if a center on the 12 "round sponge discs sea crudités and dip.

Recipe Salmon caviar canapés
- 12 ounces of cheese cream at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A loaf of bread into thin slices white bread
- 6 oz red salmon caviar
- Sprigs fresh parsley
1. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer. Light and fluffy Beat in the chives, horseradish and salt and pepper until blended. Refrigerate until firm.
2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
3. Sixty triangular cut slices of bread. Place in single layer on baking trays and bake until lightly toast. Turn and toast the second side.
4. Spread each triangle of toast with a thin layer of cream cheese. Place ½ teaspoon of salmon caviar the top center of each triangle. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
