Tour Egypt Over Christmas (7 nights)
This tour will stay in Cairo for three nights with all sightseeing tours to the great outdoors, visit the Great Pyramids, Sphinx and the Citadel of Saladin, Saqqara and Memphis. Then take the train to sleep in Aswan on board Nile cruise with all trips from Aswan to Luxor to visit Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, the Temple Hatshipsut, Kom Ombo Temple, Edfu Temple, High Dam, Philae Temple and Obelisk unfinished. Tour Itinerary:
Day # 1:) 22 December 2010 Arrival in Cairo,
Albaraa representative Travel will meet you at Cairo International Airport beyond passport control to manage their Egyptian entry visa, then accompany to your hotel for check in. This evening, relax or enjoy optional evening entertainment out of this world, we go to the pyramids to the incredible sound and light spectacular then return to your hotel and then the night is free.
Day 2:) December 23, 2010 Back in the city of Giza
After breakfast relax at the hotel in Cairo your own private Egyptologist English speaking guide will take you to Sakkara, which is part of the necropolis Memphis mass and burial site of the ancient pharaohs, where you will see the first pyramid built in Egypt pyramid "of King Zoser, which was designed by Imhotep, the ancient Egyptian architect also you will visit the Teti Pyramid and tombs in Sakkara then drive off to the famous Giza Plateau, home to major attractions of Egypt to visit the Great Pyramids, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world including the Great Pyramid of Cheops, Chephren pyramid through and the small of Menkaure with camel ride and the family photo in front of the Pyramids, then visit the mysterious Sphinx, the Father of terror of the ancient pharaohs The tour includes a visit to the valley temple, in front of the Sphinx great choice to visit the solar boat was a boat used to carry the mummy of Pharaoh on the Nile, and then buried at the foot of the pyramid for use in the afterlife then be transferred back to your hotel for a restful night in Cairo
Day # 3:) December 24, 2010 Sightseeing in Cairo – Sleeping train to Luxor
Full day excursion to visit the world famous Egyptian Museum of Antiquities built in neoclassical style designed by Frenchman Marcel Dourgnon t architecture that now houses a collection over 120000 masterpi CES runs from the time pre-dynastic, Pharaonic era to the Greco-Roman period in Egypt including the treasures of the boy king Tutankhamun, the Pharaonic gods and goddess, with the option to visit the hall of mummies from the Egyptian Museum, where you can learn about the great Egyptian civilization and art of mummification in ancient Egypt. Then also visit the Citadel of Saladin that is overlooking the city from the Muqattam Hills and Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque inside that was built in Turkish style and very similar to the Blue Mosque in Turkey and simply considered as one of the landmarks in Cairo whose minaret is visible from any part of old Cairo then visit Christian heritage in Coptic Cairo including some of the early religious monuments of the city, as the hanging church or suspended the church was named the church Basilica by its location on the top of the south gate of the fortress of Babylon, the church became the center of the Christian Church of Egypt will visit also the legacy famous Jew in Cairo, including the Ben Ezra Synagogue the temple contains a Jewish heritage library, containing documents found here in 1896 that describes the economic and social conditions of Jews under Arab rule, and descriptions of relations between various Jewish sects there will be transferred to the station Giza train to take the train to Luxor to sleep and spend the night aboard the train.
Day # 4:) 25 December 2010 Cruise on the Nile – Luxor City Tours
Meet and assist REP trips from your hotel in Luxor. It will then be transported by private vehicle air conditioning on board the Nile Cruise Lunch is served a table, followed by a tour to visit the most famous temples of Karnak and Luxor. Back to your boat cruise for the afternoon tea and dinner, overnight stay aboard the cruise in Luxor.
Day # 5:) December 26, 2010 Cruise Vacation Nile
Breakfast on board the cruise, followed by a tour of the west bank of the Nile in Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple at Deir el Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Back to the top cruise for lunch and afternoon tea while sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight accommodation in a Edfu.
Day # 6:) December 27, 2010 – Nile Cruise Holidays
Breakfast on board ship you will be taken on a guided tour to visit HorusTemple in Edfu. Back to the cruise, start sailing to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board the cruise. A guided tour to visit the temple shared by the two gods Sobek and Haroeris. Sail to Aswan, dinner and overnight.
Day # 7:) December 28, 2010 Landing – Aswan – Cairo
Early morning trip to Abu Simbel by car, back to Aswan to visit High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and the majestic Philae Temple during navigation by a small motor boat, visit the Botanical Gardens. Transfer to Aswan airport to fly back to Cairo with transfer directly to your hotel in Cairo to sign up and spend the night in Cairo.
Day # 8:) 29 December 2010 Cairo / Home
Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, then will be transferred to Cairo airport to fly back home
