How to make a spinach and cheese Bread Bowl Dip?
A fellow friends made this delicious bread sauce Bowl for kids birthday recently. I can not get a hold of his friend. "All I know is that it was spinach and cheese in a hollowed bread. It was really nice, you had onions in it too. Not sure. Can anyone help me with the recipe? I have to do for Christmas.
Spinach Dip 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 3 / 4 cup green onions 2 teaspoons dried parsley 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon seasoning / 4 teaspoon salt 1 black pepper 1 / (1.8 ounces) 1 package vegetable soup mix, dry (such as Knorr) 1 / 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 (1 pound) all the bread, coffee or bread rye crisp Italian bread Directions In a large bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, soup mixture and cheese. Mix until well blended, then refrigerate for 3 hours in the lease. Cut a circle from the top of the pan and remove the interior. Cut inside into pieces for dipping. Pour the sauce into the center of the bread bowl and serve with bread pieces for dipping.
