Planning a Hall of Fame trip?
Both my boyfriend and I wanted to go to Cooperstown since they were young (a mutual love of baseball is one of the things that has united us.) We are planning to make the trip sometime this fall and is looking for suggestions on where to stay, where to eat, etc. Any suggestions / advice are welcome.
I went there with my family a few years ago, and there are plenty of small motels, bed & breakfast, etc. .. all througout the city. There are small restaurants, fast food, etc. .. well. Definintely take a few days to have all spent two days in itself Hall of Fame and then two days enjoying the small town. It is in the middle of nowhere, with nothing close to others that the city … but are well equipped with things do. In fact, all the little places to stay were cute, affordable and within walking distance to the museum. I would suggest staying in a small motel. As I said, there are several of them in the city that had good deals when we were there.
