Suggestions? Really upset about the lack of improvement?
I'm in my 30 years, have two children. I've been working now for 4 months, 5 days a week 30 minutes. I Huse Nordic Track outstanding coach, and I do some serious cardio, running / climbing. I've only lost about 5 pounds. I 5'2, 135 lbs. I have 10 pounds to go to my goal, I know that is the hardest thing to lose. I eat decent, I have a week each month when hormones go pig wild, and I eat more than they should. I work my butt off all his free time I have doing yard work hard, move stones, gardens dimantling rocks, digging and moving shrubs, etc. so the deal is, i shouldn't be seeing more results?

This should produce better outcomes as a result of lower levels of muscle glycogen. Use the procedure mentioned above, in connection with the exercise and see where it leads. You can always reduce the calories and eating low fat, but it takes a will power than most people do not have (trust me this.) – You can try taking the carb below, but remember the fat, and not exaggerate too much protein since the protein can be used to produce glucose through gluconeogenesis.
