Inverted hammer candle pattern, an accurate signal in reversing the trend!
There are simple and complex patterns of candles that are used by traders investment to identify the trend and the trend continued. Sailing graphics has become one of the most important tools in the arsenal of trade for any merchant. Almost all trading platforms have charts of candles on their menu. Pattern candle does not occur often, but when it does, means that the trend will reverse soon is the Inverted Hammer.
The first day is a regular downward trend in bearish candle. On the second day, or whatever you call the day of the signal to find the inverted hammer quite rare that the price of the action required to produce a pattern rarely performed.
An inverted hammer is a very small body at the bottom with a long wick on the top. As the high is well above the body, most trade took place near the small area near the floor. This floor serves as support for the next few days.
But before the negotiations on a signal hammer invested, you need to confirm the next day. Now, if you're outside the next day above the low of the previous day, the pattern of inverted hammer formed last day was a real pattern. Now you can trade this pattern inverted hammer by placing a stop near the opening the day.
Now, when an inverted hammer is formed in an uptrend, which means that the uptrend is about to reverse in a downtrend. On the first day, you'll find the usual candle bullish signaling that the bulls are in control of the market. This is followed by an opening of space and more shopping.
But at some point, the bears take over the market. The bears start to push prices lower. The final is at or very near the low of the day. When you see inverted hammer a bass player, you can sell or go short, putting the stop near the open end of the second or the day of the signal.
However, as an operator aggressive, you can place the stop at the top of the inverted hammer formed in the second or the day of the signal. Always follow the rules. Place stops and wait for the market to move more. If the market moves in the expected direction, can make a good profit. If not, and the candle pattern is not confirmed by subsequent price action, stop loss order will take out of the action to a very small loss. Sometimes, price action can return to itself, but to stay with the rules, this is what traders disciplined to do!
