I need recipes?
I'm looking and very delicious crock pot recipes. I love slow cooking, but not always I like to feel like I'm eating a big rigmarole whose flavors are mixed together. You know what I mean? So I like recipes that are simple (such as cooking chicken breasts with slices of apple and potatoes and then have a plate of vegetables or something later). But I want the slow cooker to make the most work and just want fresh, clean, decent recipes. Oh, and seafood recipes especially if you have any … I do not know whether the seafood flavor is too strong for used in clay pots. Thanks for your help if you can!

Vegetarian Enchilada Casserole 3-1/3 cups crushed tomatoes in tomato puree pieces cups prepared salsa style 1-2/3 6 oz tomato paste 2 pounds. black beans, rinsed and drained 1 pound corn kernels, thawed if frozen 1 / 4 lb. canned diced green chiles mild, drained 1-1/2 tablespoons. ground cumin 1 / 2 tsp. garlic powder 5 corn tortillas 2 oz olive slices, drained Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Pour about a cup of the mixture in the bottom of a slow cooker on low heat. Spread evenly and cover with 1-1/2 tortillas, cutting to fit pot. Spread 1 / 3 of the remaining tomato mixture on top. Repeat layers, ending with tomato mixture. Spread top evenly. Sprinkle with olives. Cover and cook about 5 hours. Serve hot. Chicken w / spinach 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour 1 / 3 cup milk 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained 2 (of 2 ½ pounds) frying chicken, cooked, boned and diced 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour ¾ cup cream ¾ cup chicken broth Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup grated parmesan cheese Saute the garlic in a tablespoon of butter for 1 minute, mix the flour and cook 1 minute. Add milk and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly, add the spinach. Spread mixture in bottom of a saucepan, cover with chicken. Melt 3 tablespoons butter, add flour mixing well. Add cream and broth little by little, season with salt and pepper. Simmer and stir with wire whisk until thickened and smooth. Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8.
