Certificate of Authenticity "as needed when buying art?
You want to buy a specific work of art … .. but wants to ensure is genuine. There are several important things to consider and facts to consider before buying art.
It is beneficial for you to know if the technique was signed by the artist and where and when it was created. Without this information, you are buying a work of art because you love him and will not consider their value, resale opportunities or insurance.

You can consult the records of the auction house on the site Artnet and Artprice. For works sold in the distant past, please contact the auction houses directly. You can pick up auction house catalogs selling some of their favorite artists. Many of these catalogs from previous auctions are for sale on the internet.
Collectors and dealers may place identifying stamps or labels on the backs of the works of art. Use them to compare dealer records.
